Reliving McHenry, One Shirt at a Time.

815 Rewind celebrates the hometown hangouts that helped define growing up in McHenry County. Though many of these local favorites are gone, the memories live on.

After the military moved her family to Fort Bragg, founder Stephanie Czekalski discovered that fellow business owner & creative Russ Dixon had an 815 area code. What started as a random conversation quickly turned into a realization: two people who grew up in McHenry, IL had ended up living in the same small North Carolina town nearly 800 miles from home. Small world!

Their shared hometown sparked the idea that eventually became 815 Rewind. We wanted to honor the places in McHenry that brought people together: the restaurants where everyone met after school, the bars where lifelong friendships were formed, and the businesses that became part of local history. We poured our hearts into this project and spent countless hours tracking down photos, recreating logos, sharing stories with former owners, and bringing these memories back to life. We hope these designs make you smile and it brings back all the feels.

Giving Back
A portion of proceeds will be reinvested into McHenry youth sports programs.
